Airports, cargo facilities and screening stations are priced per site — reflecting distinct QC universes, evidence packs and audit trails.
Per seat
Named users (managers, auditors, security officers) drive the seat count. Field officers on shared devices are counted differently — we'll work it out on the call.
Per tenant portal
White-label partners are priced by the number of active client portals they operate on the platform, not by end users.
Modules you actually use
Every plan is built from the same modules — you pay for the ones you turn on. Standards packs and integrations are add-ons.
