Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) — for the purposes of this policy and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we treat these the same way.

• Strictly necessary — required to deliver the service (authentication session, CSRF protection, consent preference). Always on; no consent required under PECR.
• Preference — remember your UI choices (e.g. selected product tab, dark mode).
• Analytics — are not currently used; if introduced they will be off until you opt in.

• sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — strictly necessary, authentication.
• easyqms.cookie-consent — strictly necessary, stores your consent choice and the date it was given, for 12 months.
• easyqms.product — preference, remembers your last-viewed product tab.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the easyqms.cookie-consent entry from your browser storage, which will re-trigger the consent banner. Your consent choice also automatically expires after 12 months, at which point the banner will be shown again. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings; strictly-necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.

We do not currently set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce an analytics provider in the future, it will be listed here and will only run after you opt in.
